The Arrival

One of the most important aspects of Hell's Kitchen is that it does not feel like a TV show. The goal is for the cast and our public diners to be completely immersed in the environment to the point that they forget there is a TV show being recorded.  So at Hell's Kitchen you arrive at a grand resturant entrance and valet, not a sound stage on a movie lot. The procession through the set is continuous with no visible backstage. We've succeeded to the level that customers have at times left tips for the wait staff!
