We design the two full size resaurant kitchens with every imaginable piece of cooking equipment including pizza ovens to be the focus of the room. Our dinner guests get to watch and hear the action as their meals are prepared.

      From the valet stand through the entry, past the bar, into the dining room, through the kitchens to the support spaces and the living quarters beyond, the set is one complete and continuous experience. Neither the cast nor a guest is ever off set. The action is filmed by 78 robotic cameras and over a dozen manned cameras that are mostly hidden within the set walls. The experience is so continuous and curated that few dinner guests realize that they are on a set from start to finish.

      The art department has to not only design and decorate all the spaces but work out the cooling, fire suppression, plumbing, drainage, and water heating and then maintain them all throughout the season.
